How can I track my order?

We get it - you want to know where your amazing new clothes are! For all domestic orders, click here and enter your tracking number to track via Australia Post.

My tracking number is not working?

Oh no! Never fear, we’re here to help. Please get in touch with us and have your order number handy. We'll do our best to track your order manually.

Do you ship to my country

We currently ship to Australia only.Please get in contact for international shipping. hola@earthandsociety.com

What shipping method do you use?

We primarily use AusPost Express for Australian orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping times can, of course, vary due to a number of factors including the courier and your location. The best option is to track your order for the most accurate delivery time. 

Delivery

We aim to address and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 working days. Typically orders are shipped same day via our automated system. Please ensure that delivery details are double checked before checkout as our system is an automatic dispatch system and orders cannot be amended once placed. Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will be dispatched via AusPost Express. Orders will typically arrive between 1 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, Earth+Society accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent.

Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a business or residential address.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hola@earthandsociety.com and send your item to PO Box 2122 Carlisle North, Western Australia 6101 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 2122 Carlisle North, Western Australia 6101 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
